Finding Calmness in My Mind

Lately been stressing myself too much. Too many things across my mind but I couldn't make a proper arrangement for all of them. I feel horribly down and miserable. That, of course, leads to stress.

First of all I admit that I had been pushing myself too hard on my workouts due to my weight gaining within this 3 months. I exercise but eat mindlessly that leads to tension in my mind. It is not a best road to being healthy. I am simply got caught in the hamster wheel.

Since now I have come clear with my tension, I should try to change my routine and do activities that I love and leads to happiness and good health.
