My shoulder and arm muscles. I love it so much.
I changed my workout from running to weight-lifting. Most of it because I want to let my left shin rest for a while after putting so much stress on it. Now it's getting better but left leg definitely become weaker because right leg do most of the job. Need more strength training.
Lifting is so much fun. This is my first week following a proper workout plan. Hope to see more on the second week.
