I was planning to have a 10-minute run before the training starts. However I got lost on my way back to the box. It can't be true. At last I spent 20 minutes on my warm up. I was intimated by the T2B and K2E workouts because I didn't think I can engage my core and pull both legs up to the bar or elbows. I deny my ability. Ginny said try to pull to the highest point and that will be it. During my third/ fourth round of pulling, the-so-long-workout-orgasm hits me. I was like, please, I don't want to come during my hard workout. Luckily it went off as soon as I jumped off the bar. Dang.
