45 lbs bar for the squats. Left wrist hurts a little when tried to hold the bar overhead with a wide grip. A burpee plus jumping over the bar with both legs is killing me. I was forced to take a breather before continued my second part. I was able to finish the circuit in 9 minutes. Cait helped me with my first pull up by pushing my bent legs. You can't cheat on pull up even though there is someone to help you. I need to put on effort to pull myself up the bar.
