D12: 3 rounds

3 rounds:
120 single count jump rope
20 ring pull up
10 clean + jerk

I can hardly lift my arms in the shower because of this 100 push ups as cash out. I never did more than 20 push ups for my entire life. During my own alone weight lifting time in YMCA I did most 20 or less. Proud of myself for the 100 even though the form is not really perfect (quads are not tight). Working on my form for jerk so I used 45 lbs bar + weight.

Sore arms.
