Weather is nice today. It's going to be 80 degree in the noon and 90 degree tomorrow. Yeah. I woke up with sore arms from "Tabata This" yesterday. Barely managed to survive before the clock runs out at 15:00 minutes. Feed myself protein with almond milk after workout.


Back muscle is not so define but I'm making some progress. =)
