Today class was no one but me and Brandon. It purely means Brandon going to kick my ass. I feel powerless these pass two days after I got my second root canal surgery and "Tabata This" workout on Monday. My right arm is really sore (I think I should take a day off tomorrow) and can't get enough motivation continue for the week. I need to improve my wall ball technique by holding the medicine ball up my chest and 90 degree of wall HSPU. Start week 1 band pull ups practice today. Someday I'll be able to do pull ups without band.


I am drenching. No kidding. BTW, today is 91 degree and extremely humid.


My protein has finally gone! Time to get another protein.


No leftover for me today. Decided to cook up some quinoa and tuna and Miso soup. Sprinkle with some lightly toast sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Sunny side up as a bonus. My lunch is so hearty and healthy. Yum.
Do I tell you that nowadays I don't really feel like eating meat (chicken, pork, or beef) anymore even I am eating out. The taste of vegetables, beans and other raw foods are so delicious that can fill me up easily. This is what I called change of lifestyle.
