  • 400m run w/bar*
  • 50 sit ups
  • 400m run w/bar*
  • 25 push ups (rest in high plank)
  • 25 pull ups
* 5 burpees if the bar touch the ground.

Today is my first time attending Saturday class. This workout is fun because it is a partner workout. My partner is Cait. Drop my jaw when my couch told me she will pair up with me. We tried to hold the #75 bar in different positions. Single shoulder hurts the most cause it is HEAVY. Don't even think to run with it. Well, some people do.
