I have no problem for cardio exercise like jump rope and running. I was hoping I can go to class tomorrow cause I took my Thursday off but since John is away for his guys weekend I have to help Anja take the kids to soccer game and gymnastics practice. Bummer. I might do a 6 miles run tomorrow and see how crossfit has help my endurance so far.
