D33: Chelsea

30 mins EMOM:
5 pull up
10 push up
15 air squat

Chelsea is a tough girl. Everyone wants to punch her on the face. By the time of 8 minutes, things started to get hard. I do 3 times of jump pull up then get back to pull up. Ginny said if your hands rip and you can do 8 burpees and 15 air squat. Would rather not rip then. At the end didn't get to do a full 30 times of the whole workout but 25 times. Managed to complete a round within a minute which is pretty impressive. My legs and arms were shaky when I drove back home. Too much of pull up and push up.
