5 left pistol squat
5 right pistol squat
5 deadlift @ 85%

15 wall push up


Pistol squat is hard. I have expectation that I can do it but it turned out that I can't even squat that low. Especially for my left leg. It has no strength at all. All due to my shin splint 3 months ago and I tried not to put my body weight on left side. Cait asked me to hold on to the wall, squat till I sit on a medicine ball. Put my left heel on the floor and gave a little push to lift myself up. Oh my powerless left leg. Wall push up is fun.
