various type of food from western, japanese, thai can be found in Gourmet Market @ Siam Paragon.

they have heat up service and they will deliver the food to your seats in a nicely decorate plate (in this case, we didn't know at first there was such service. thus we ate in these plastic container). there's is no service or goverment tax for this. the service is definitely good!

Fruits to avoid constipation.
