D2: 10 rounds

10 rounds:
5 wall ball
10 box jump
16 lunges

18:56 @ 10 rounds


Finally did box jump! I always wonder how is it going to be like to jump up a box. It turned out it is not as easy as I imagined when you have to do it for 10 times 10 rounds. At the middle round I walked up the box instead of jumped. Tried to do 5 times walking up and the rest pull myself together and jump. "Keep moving!" said Brandon. No matter how tired I am, I have to keep moving in able to finish it. Brandon drew 10 lines on the wall to represent each rounds. Erase one line every time you finished per round. That way when you see your lines got less and less you'll feel more positive about the workout. I think it's a pretty neat idea.
