Hips and shruged shoulders are the important parts to lift such weights. Tend to think too much like "what's the next step?" literally stop the body from working. My accident of the day was dropping a 95# bar on my thighs and left a big, nice bruise. GOSH. I had so many bruises these past few weeks. There was even bruises on both my palms after Scranton Zombie Run. Never know you can have bruises on palms.
